After five years together, I’ve parted ways with my literary agent, Anne Tibbets of the Donald Maass Agency. This was a mutual and amicable decision, made with respect and appreciation. We’re simply heading in different creative directions.
I’m deeply grateful to Anne for her support and the opportunity she gave me—especially helping bring Tales from the Riven Isles into the world. Her insight and care have meant a great deal, and I’ll always appreciate the chance she took on me. If you write in her accepted genres, I absolutely recommend you query her.
Right now, I’m focused on two works in progress that feel especially close to my heart:
🌸 The Girl of Morning Glory — A tender, magical tale about a doll who awakens with no name and must learn the power of words, memory, and grief to rescue the one who gave her life. Guided by feline guardians and cryptic visions, Glory’s journey spans desk drawers, garden shadows, and the mysteries of Death itself.
🌲 Forsaken of the Woods — In a town bound by an ancient curse, two teens defy every warning and enter the forest that’s claimed generations. What they find is no ordinary monster, but a living nightmare born of envy and grief. To survive, they must confront buried truths and outwit a predator built from the sins of the past.
Once these projects are complete, I’ll begin the search for new representation. I’m eager to find a partner who shares my passion for emotionally resonant, genre-bending storytelling.
If you’ve experienced literary representation—whether you’re querying, signed, or somewhere in between—I’d love to hear your thoughts. What’s helped you most? What do you wish you’d known?
Thank you to everyone who continues to support my work—it means the world.
Best,
